Chase is growing, growing, growing! I am not sure of his weight, but we'll find out at his 2 month visit next week. I don't need a scale to tell me he's grown however, since he is heavier and heavier to carry!
Last night was our first time "away" from each other since he was born. I had a meeting that was only 2 hours long. I took a chance, fed him before I left, and then when I got home. It worked! It was hard to be away, but a MUCH needed break since I have been on non-stop mom duty for all this time. We're going to try my milk in a bottle soon, so I can be gone for longer periods of time, especially with going back to work on the horizon, one month from today!
Chase is still so, so good! He is sleeping now and was happily smiling away before drifting off to dreamland.
